About The Program

This program is designed for people with back pain who want to safely strengthen their core to both feel and move better. 

It is also a great program for beginners or people who have been away from exercise for some time even if you do not have low back pain!

You can start the program at a level that is comfortable for you and move at your own pace. 

No equipment is required and you can do all of the exercises safely at home.

Having a stronger core can help ease and prevent back pain and this program is a fantastic way to get your started!

Dr. Kim Day-MacDonald MPT, DPT

Dr. MacDonald is a physical therapist who specializes in functional movement. 

By helping people improve their strength and mobility, she helps people to decrease pain and improve overall wellness.  

She holds degrees in Bachelor's of Science in Exercise and Sports Science, a Master's of Physical Therapy, and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

She strongly believes people should play a lead role in their health in order to be able to live the life they want.

Her passion is teaching people how they can help themselves and ensure they are performing each program correctly, safely, and at their own pace.
